There are 27 Enterprise Zone Contribution Projects currently designated in Southwest Colorado. This designation allows contributors to these approved projects to receive a 25% State Tax Credit for cash donations and a 12.5% State Tax Credit for in-kind contributions.
For contributions to be eligible for Tax credits:
- Donations must be made to an approved EZ project. Click here for a list of current approved projects you can donate to today. The contribution list is updated quarterly.
- Donation must meet the minimum dollar amount set by that organization (ranges from $100 - $250)
- EZ contribution certificates are submitted with Colorado state tax returns
